The Network of Regional University Publishers is made up of the publishers of traditional regional universities with a public vocation belonging to the Council of Rectors.

This network arises in 2019 under the auspices of the Association of Regional Universities of Chile (AUR) and coordinates its action through the Commission of Regional Publishers, made up of representatives of the different macro zones of the country, recognizing the diversity of contexts in which the eighteen regional university publishing houses that make up this network operate.

Its goals is to strengthen and promote the development of human capital through culture, art and literature, its cornerstone being joint work on topics of regional interest such as science, democracy, gender equality, and human rights. , the environment, the arts, culture, education, among others.
